At Monos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to begin the tracking process for your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
